Der (englischsprachige) russische Fernsehsender RussiaToday hat eine Diskussion zwischen Norman Finkelstein und einem frühen Berater von Ariel Sharon und heutigen PR-Menschen (Ranaan Gissin) ausgestrahlt, das sich anzuschauen lohnt. Anbei die drei Videos (leider mit einigem an Werbung), aber vorweg das wichtige Zitat:

Die Trennung zwischen Staat und Kirche ist scheinbar nur wichtig, wenn es darum geht, Muslimen auf die Füsse zu treten. Wenn Christen in den USA für sich beanspruchen, dass die USA ein christliches Land ist und dass jeder Abgeordnete deshalb auf die Bibel schwören muss, dann ist das soweit in Ordnung..

In a column posted Tuesday on the conservative website Townhall.com, Dennis Prager blasted Minnesota Democrat Keith Ellison's decision to take the oath of office Jan. 4 with his hand on a Quran, the Muslim holy book.

"He should not be allowed to do so," Prager wrote, "not because of any American hostility to the Koran, but because the act undermines American culture."
