Die American Civil Liberties Union (kurz ACLU) hat dem Obama-Biden-Team eine detaillierte Forderungsliste überreicht, in der die Wiederherstellung Amerikas gefordert wird. "Actions For Restoring America: Transition Recommendations for President‐Elect Barack Obama" heißt das Dokument und es fängt mit einer desaströsen Zusammenfassung des aktuellen Zustands an:

On Thursday US-Judge Anna Diggs Taylor ordered a stop to the NSA-~~Spy~~Surveillance-program in a major blow to President Bush's "stay the course"-slogan. In the case ACLU vs NSA the judge agreed that the surveillance-program collided with the first and fourth amendment of the US-Constitution and the Seperation of Power Doctrine and was therefore illegal as long as the NSA doesn't get a judge's permission to observe and spy on a specific person or organisation.

Ayaan Hirsi ~~Ali~~ Magan ist wieder voll einsatzbereit und scheinbar hat sich ihre Aufgabenstellung nicht grundlegend geändert. Weder sie noch ihre Unterstützer (oder: Ausnutzer) stören sich daran, dass sie gelogen hat, was ihr Leben vor der Ankunft in den Niederlanden angeht.
